Kevon is a multi-faceted, multilingual stakeholder engagement professional with more than fourteen years? experience in digital policy issues and Internet Governance. As Head of Public Safety Affairs at LACNIC, he has oversight of public safety matters in addition to Caribbean Internet development.
He spearheads engagements with government stakeholders, international organizations, law enforcement and other stakeholder groups. Kevon was responsible for establishing LACNIC On the Move (LOTM) - the revolving public awareness campaign on Internet number resources and Internet Governance across Central America and the Caribbean, and the LÍDERES Programme, a grants and mentorship initiative to promote Internet Governance research from across Latin America and the Caribbean.
