Chris Woodfield is a Senior Staff Engineer at Twitter, where he specializes on IP address management, application edge and transit/peering architecture. Prior to joining Twitter, he served architecture and engineering roles at Salesforce, Yahoo!, and Internap. In addition to serving on the Advisory Council, Chris has been a member of the North American Network Operators’ Group (NANOG) Program Committee since early 2016. He holds a Bachelor Of Science degree in Mass Communications from Towson University. Chris was elected to the Advisory Council in October 2016 for a one-year term, and elected to a three-year term in 2017, and again in 2021. His current term expires 31 December 2024.
