Joe Westover is the Director of Customer Experience and Strategy at the American Registry for Internet Numbers (ARIN), in the Office of the Chief Customer Officer (CCO). He works closely with the CCO, spearheading ARIN product and service strategy and development activities. He also drives data based continual improvement and process innovation in support of internal ARIN operational readiness and improving the customer experience. Joe’s experience includes working with Tier 1 Global Internet Providers, Cable Companies and Management Consulting. Companies he has worked with prior include Cable and Wireless, Teleglobe, Tata Communications, Time Warner Cable and Booz Allen Hamilton. He is a champion of continual service improvement (CSI), driving quality and innovation within services-based organizations.
