Lisa has been with ARIN for over 13 years and serves as the Director of Registration Services. She came to ARIN with nearly three decades of technical support and customer service experience. Beginning her career working on the front line of a call center for a large software company that provided both personal & business tax software and fixed asset software, she excelled in that position and was promoted to Director of Technical Support where she led a team of 35 analysts. She later worked as the Director of Quality, Support and Technical Operations for a technology firm providing cryptographic services to both government entities as well as private companies. You can always find Lisa performing the favorite part of her job, answering phone calls and working the front lines to support ARIN's customers.
