Reese Radcliffe is the Registry Integrity and Oversight Manager at ARIN, where he is responsible for both the reactive and proactive management of ARIN’s fraud identification and mitigation initiatives. In this role, he works closely with ARIN’s Legal department, the Office of the CXO, and other Regional Internet Registries (RIRs) to detect fraud patterns, enforce ARIN policies, and develop innovative methods and tools to protect ARIN’s services and its customers.

With over 35 years of experience in the Internet industry, Reese has held leadership positions where he has built networks for Internet infrastructure at major organizations such as UUNET, WorldCom, MCI, Qwest, and Verizon. Throughout his career, he has served as Vice President across various divisions including Engineering, Provisioning, Capacity Management, Logistics, Dial Access, and served as COO for Custom Fiber Networks. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Maryland.
