Arthur Carindal N’Guessan is currently Head of Stakeholder Development at AFRINIC and a member of the AFRINIC Interim Management Committee, which oversees the operations of the Regional Internet Registry for Africa and the Indian Ocean region, headquartered in Mauritius.
With 25 years of senior management experience in the telecommunications industry, including over 14 years at AFRINIC, Arthur has a strong understanding of the African ICT and Internet challenges, as well as its opportunities.
He is currently focused on promoting Internet development as drivers of economic growth and social transformation. Arthur is also actively involved in initiatives that empower young people through technology and digital tools in Africa.
He holds an MBA from the Business School of Lyon, France, as well as several technical and leadership certificates in ICT.
