Michael serves as ARIN’s Chief Legal Officer and Secretary of the ARIN Board. He has been with ARIN for almost 13 years, and has been involved in various matters including the Internet Assigned Numbers Authority (IANA) Transition. Michael oversees and manages the legal and government affairs of ARIN, including engaging with ARIN’s outside counsel. Michael received his bachelor’s degree from Marymount University and his law degree from the University of Richmond School of Law.
