Ashley Perks
Communications Manager, ARIN

Ashley Perks is the Communications Manager at the American Registry for Internet Numbers, focusing on audience strategy and content creation, and helps craft communications to ARIN's customers and the Internet community at large. As part of the Communications team, she assists with the team's efforts to develop and deliver in-person and online training, meetings, and product documentation in keeping with the goals set by ARIN's strategic plan.

Joe Westover
Director, Customer Experience & Strategy, ARIN

Joe Westover is the Director of Customer Experience and Strategy at the American Registry for Internet Numbers (ARIN), in the Office of the Chief Customer Officer (CCO). He works closely with the CCO, spearheading ARIN product and service strategy and development activities. He also drives data based continual improvement and process innovation in support of internal ARIN operational readiness and improving the customer experience. Joe’s experience includes working with Tier 1 Global Internet Providers, Cable Companies and Management Consulting. Companies he has worked with prior include Cable and Wireless, Teleglobe, Tata Communications, Time Warner Cable and Booz Allen Hamilton. He is a champion of continual service improvement (CSI), driving quality and innovation within services-based organizations.

Jon Worley
Senior Technology Architect, ARIN

Jon Worley is the Senior Technology Architect for ARIN and has been a member of the Registration Services team since 2004. He has experience with all ARIN policies and procedures for requesting, managing, and transferring IP addresses and AS numbers, including technical services such as ARIN’s RESTful API. Jon has spoken about these topics as well as IPv4 depletion and IPv6 adoption at many ARIN events.
