John Sweeting
Chief Experience Officer, ARIN

John oversees ARIN Elections, the Policy Development Process, and all aspects of customer excellence across ARIN’s service departments. He also develops and maintains key client relationships with ARIN customers and key Internet number resource stakeholders. Prior to joining ARIN staff, he served 12 years on the ARIN Advisory Council and one year on the Address Supporting Organization's Address Council (ASO AC). 

Einar Bohlin
Vice President, Government Affairs, ARIN

Einar Bohlin is the Vice President, Government Affairs, at the American Registry for Internet Numbers (ARIN). He oversees the Government Affairs Department, which maintains relationships with governments and key intergovernmental organizations for ARIN. Einar works closely with the ARIN management team to accomplish the external mission, goals, and strategic plan of the company. He also participates in the discussions at organizations such as CITEL and the ITU to expand awareness of number resource issues and ARIN policies. Prior to ARIN, he worked as a Number Analyst at UUNET and an IP Analyst at InterNIC/Network Solutions, where he handled IP number, Autonomous System Number, and in-addr requests.

Hollis Kara
Director of Communications, ARIN

Hollis Kara is Director of Communications for the American Registry for Internet Numbers (ARIN) and is responsible for communications to ARIN’s customers/members and the Internet community at large. Hollis’s team develops and delivers in-person and online training, meetings, and product documentation in keeping with the goals set by ARIN’s Strategic Plan. Hollis has been part of ARIN in a variety of Communications roles since 2007. 

Eddie Diego
Policy Analyst, ARIN

Eddie Diego is the Policy Analyst for the American Registry for Internet Numbers (ARIN), where he facilitates the Policy Development Process (PDP) for the Internet community within the ARIN region and is the resident expert on the PDP. He also has 12 years of experience as a Resource Analyst in ARIN’s Registration Services Department, giving him expertise in the implementation of ARIN policies and management of Internet number resources. Eddie has spoken at ARIN on the Road events, ARIN Members Meetings, and ARIN webinars.
