Hollis Kara

Director of Communications, ARIN

Hollis leads the department that supports all internal and external communications for the organization. This includes ARIN’s website www.arin.net, Public Relations and Social Media, Public Policy and Members Meetings, community and industry outreach, as well as programs like Training, Fellowships, and Grants.

John Sweeting

Chief Customer Officer, ARIN

John oversees ARIN elections, the Policy Development Process, and all aspects of customer excellence across ARIN’s service departments. He also develops and maintains key client relationships with ARIN customers and key Internet number resource stakeholders. Prior to joining ARIN staff, he served 12 years on the ARIN Advisory Council and 1 year on the Address Supporting Organization's Address Council (ASO AC). 

Jon Worley

Senior Technology Architect, ARIN

Jon Worley is the Senior Technology Architect with ARIN and has been a member of the Registration Services team since 2004. He has experience with all ARIN policies and procedures for requesting, managing, and transferring IP addresses and AS numbers, including technical services such as ARIN’s RESTful API. Jon has spoken about these topics as well as IPv4 depletion and IPv6 adoption at many ARIN events.

Brad Gorman

Senior Product Owner, Routing Security, ARIN

Brad is the community resource for RPKI, IRR and other similar topics that impact routing security within the ARIN region, and the greater internet ecosystem. He has worked in  the Internet community since the mid-1990’s, as a network engineer at service providers like America Online, Time Warner Cable and Charter Communications.  He also spent three years as the peering coordinator for Verisign.

Lisa has been with ARIN for over 13 years and serves as the Director of Registration Services. She came to ARIN with nearly three decades of technical support and customer service experience. You can always find Lisa performing the favorite part of her job, answering phone calls and working the front lines to support ARIN's customers.
